__utma These are used to determine unique visitors to our website. This cookie expires after 2 years.
__utmb These are used to establish and continue a user session with our website. This cookie expires after 30 minutes.
__utmc These are used to determine whether or not to establish a new session for a website visitor. This cookie expires when the visitor closes their browser.
__utmz These are used to calculate search engine traffic, ad campaigns and page navigation within our website. This cookie expires after 6 months.

Third party cookies - These are cookies found in other companies’ internet tools which we are using to enhance our site, for example Facebook or Twitter have their own cookies, which are controlled by them. You should check the third party websites for more information about these. We do have control over whether or not we use these third--‐party services on our own website, and how these services are integrated and presented. These third parties may collect information about your visit to our website when you interact with their Internet tools and access their services. However, our audit has found that these services do not use cookies while you are simply browsing our site, but may apply if you access the services specifically. The third party sites that we use are Facebook, Twitter, Youtube & Instagram.

What types of personal data do we collect about you and why do we collect it

We will collect certain information about you via our website, social media channels or by telephone. When you make an enquiry or a booking we will ask you for your name, address, email address and telephone number. We need to collect this information in order to arrange the services you are requesting.

How long do we keep your personal data for

We will retain your personal information for no longer than reasonably necessary.  Generally, we dispose of any personal information 1 year after you last contractually engaged with us. This also applies to information held from enquiries only.

Your rights in relation to personal data

You have the right to make a Data Subject Access Request for any personal information we hold about you. You may also request to rectify, erase or object to processing any of that data.
